Evaluate customer requirements, business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Lead ongoing reviews of user processes and develop proposed solutions to customers
Stay up-to-date on the latest platform improvements to propose bigger solutions to customers
Conduct meetings and presentations to users share ideas and proposals
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and translate agreed-on findings into functional specifications
Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Allocate resources and maintaining cost efficiency
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing
Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
Update, implement, and maintain procedures
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Manage competing resources and priorities
Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Minimal experience level: Over 1 year
Career Level: Entry Level
Minimum English Level: Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge in financial products and risk analytics
Proven ability to produce research reports and communicate outputs to customers/social media/press effectively
