Promptly respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Minimal experience level: Over 1 year
Career Level: Entry Level
Minimum English Level: Daily Conversation (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Education Level: Associate Degree/ Bachelor's Degree
Minimum diploma or higher degree in Computer, Engineering, or technical courses
Knowledge in financial products and risk analytics
Knowledge in Javascript, Java, C++ and/or MySQ.
Knowledge in web application is advantageous
